Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 24 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please book online or over the phone in advance. If a class is full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

6.0 Fit

Focus on specific muscle groups every day to build and tone in the most effective way possible. Designed for those who want to build muscle fast, this class is different in that it’s focus is NOT on a total body workout. Think of it as personal training in a group setting.

Dynamic Fit

Our Dynamic Fit class is what we are known for. This class consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and stretching. Our Performance Coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two 6.0 Fit Classes are ever the same.

Move Fit

Sweat, shake, and move your body like never before with Move FIT! A fitness program that combines high intensity music with the latest dance moves to create one epic workout. Move Fit incorporates interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.

Fit Soul

Fit Soul is designed to improve the health, clarity and well-being of all individuals through balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. Think of it as yoga with a 6.0 Fit Studios flare.

CKC is a fusion of Cardio, Kickboxing and core moves that will not only challenge your heart rate but sculpt your body with no room for though.

Our 6.0 Signature class is our only one hour long class and is set to the beat of a LIVE DJ. Just like our 6.0 Fit class this class consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, stretching and kickboxing.

Kid Fit

Kid Fit instills healthy habits in children ages 5-13 through fun fitness-oriented activities. More than sports conditioning; Kid Fit teaches the importance of a completely fit lifestyle.
